What are affirmations?
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.
Do they really work?
Ask yourself:
Why when you say negative words to yourself, why do they make you feel bad?
To accept positivity is harder because we haven't heard enough positive words. So, by practicing loving words, soon enough you will see and believe the change.
